Mary, Mother of God

Earlier in scripture we hear it said that all things the human heart conceives are evil and against God. But Mary, in her perfection, does not have a heart that conceives, rather she has a heart that reflects. When we reflect on the beauty and majesty of our Lord we can begin to live according to his holy will. We must start with turning our hearts from the evil, lustful, and greedy desires that our heart turns to on its own. Instead we have to allow our hearts to be nestled within the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Most Sacred Heart of her beloved son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. It is in this place of prayer that we will see God.

Mary is the great moon in our spiritual life. Her son is the Sun, the producer of light, but she is the moon that illuminates the earth in the dark night. She desires to shine the blessings found only in her son, on us. All joy, peace, and consolations are found in our Lord and it is the desire of our Lady to bring those things to us.

Check out who I'm partying with!
